To identify a need, a void, or an innovative path to make our world, better.

There are so many people and groups doing the groundwork to make life better for others, 
across the globe – yet most are never recognized, praised, or helped to set the foundation to make their vision a reality. The UNITY LEADS Award was created to do just that.

Unity Coalition|Coalición Unida (UC|CU) is the organization for the Latinx|Hispanic & Indigenous LGBTQ community, advancing Equality & Fairness, through Education, Leadership and 
Awareness, since 2002. Our UNITY LEADS Award will seek these trailblazers, recognize their 
efforts & hard work, assist in getting their message and needs known, and provide a monetary incentive to help their vision to grow.

Nominations of individuals or groups will be welcomed based on Leadership qualities, 
Education being provided, Advocacy work, Determination to make a difference, and Services 
offered and needed.

Identificar una necesidad, un vacío o una forma innovadora de hacer nuestro mundo mejor.

Hay tantas personas y grupos que están haciendo el trabajo preliminar para mejorar la vida de 
otras personas en todo el mundo; sin embargo, la mayoría nunca son reconocidos, elogiados o 
ayudados a sentar las bases para hacer realidad su visión. El premio UNITY LEADS fue creado 
para hacer precisamente eso.

Con sede en el sur de Florida, Unity Coalition|Coalición Unida (UC|CU) es la organización para 
la comunidad LGBTQ latinx| hispana e indígena, que promueve la igualdad y la equidad a través 
de la educación, el liderazgo y la conciencia, desde 2002.

Nuestro Premio UNITY LEADS buscará a estos pioneros, reconocerá sus esfuerzos y arduo 
trabajo, ayudará a dar a conocer su mensaje y sus necesidades, y proporcionará un incentivo 
monetario para ayudar a que su visión crezca.

Las nominaciones de individuos o grupos serán bien recibidas en base a las cualidades de 
Liderazgo, la Educación que se brinda, el trabajo de Abocacía, la Determinación de marcar la 
diferencia y los Servicios ofrecidos y necesarios.
